This notice describes information handling for the Quantivant Holdings corporate website. Voxenger and FlexiEats have separate privacy notices for their services.

1. Information you send us

If you contact support@quantivant.com, your email service sends us your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use that information to respond, understand your request, and direct it to the appropriate support team.

2. Visiting the website

This corporate website provides information and links to our products. It does not require an account or take payments. Its page code does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser storage. Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and protect the website.

3. Service providers and disclosures

Website hosting, email, and support providers may process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or maintain security. Provider access and handling should be limited to the purposes for which they are engaged.

4. Retention and security

We retain correspondence and technical records for the time needed to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the site, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on the purpose and type of record, whether an inquiry remains open, and any legal retention requirement. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. No internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Product privacy

Following a product link takes you to a separate service. Product accounts, communications, orders, and related activity are described in Voxenger Privacy and FlexiEats Privacy. This notice does not replace those policies or change product consent choices.

6. Questions and requests

Contact support@quantivant.com to ask about personal information you have provided through corporate correspondence. Include the product name if your request concerns Voxenger or FlexiEats. Applicable access, correction, or deletion rights depend on your location and the circumstances; identity verification may be needed before a request can be fulfilled.

7. Changes

We will revise this notice when website practices change and identify the effective date of the published notice.
